How do I get my files to you?

You can deliver files physically by sending via hard drive or USB stick to our mailing address or you can upload them and send through services such as Dropbox.com or WeTransfer.com. For songs recorded at a high sample rate (96k or 88.2k), I strongly recommend sending a drive or USB stick, especially for more than 3-4 songs. If you prepare the files correctly, you can probably fit an entire album’s worth of material on a couple of USB sticks.. Please click here for detailed instructions of how to submit your files.

How can I be sure that my mixes will turn out the way I want them?

I guarantee my work.  I welcome any input or instructions you may have prior to my starting your mixes, and also offer 2 revisions to your mixes at no charge if I don’t get it exactly right the first time.  Once I post the first mix of the song, you will have 3 days to listen and get back to me with any necessary changes. In addition, I understand that I am not always the perfect guy to mix every song out there.  If you send me files and I feel that you will not be happy with what I am able to do with mixing them for any reason, I will send them back and refund your money immediately. I pride myself on having a great reputation and happy clients.

I really like my rough mix, what if I don’t like what you do?

It's vary rare that I can't create a better mix than your original, but in the event you have an existing mix that you like, please send it to me. Also let me know exactly what you would want to change about it. There is most likely something you are wishing could be better or you would not be considering my services. I will listen to it carefully and I welcome all input you may have. If I can’t beat your rough mix, I will refund your payment in full.

We started mixing with someone but they are not available. Can you match what they have done?

Yes. If you already have mixes you like on some songs and need the others to match, simply send in the mixes you love along with the songs you need mixed. I will listen carefully to what has already been done and use them as a reference for completing the rest of the mixes.

Do you do Mastering?

No. At this time I don't master but, I highly recommend getting all of your songs professionally mastered by individuals who focus specifically on that art form, and who have the tools and mindset to do it properly. Here is a list of some great mastering engineers I recommend:

  • Kenny Mix

  • Ruben Cohen

  • Brian Gardner

  • Leon Zervos

  • Sterling Sound

  • Brad Blackwood

  • Brian Lucey

  • Vlado Meller

Do you take on every project that comes to you?

No.  I feel with any project there is a right person for the job,  If I feel for any reason that I am not the right one for you, I will let you know right away and refund any payments made.  I don't run a mixing factory, and any project I take on will be given the time, attention, care, and consideration it deserves.

What are the turn around times for online mixing?

Usually 1-2 days. It depends on the size of the project.
